Key Features of Flexible Space Navigation

Configure Navigation Structure
Flexible Space Navigation allows you to configure the navigation bar for improved usability. You can also create submenus to establish a structured hierarchy between spaces. Menus can be in the form of folder, space, CQL, or external links-like Gmail or Google Calendar. All settings are available through simple drag-and-drop. Set up your Confluence with frequently used features.
It provides a navigation preview for easy setup.
Configure Navigation Style

In the Navigation Style, you can choose the background color for the navigation bar and submenu area. This feature is only available in the light theme. In the dark theme, Space Navigation automatically adjusts the background and text colors to be complementary.

Navigation List

You can see all navigations in the navigation list. You can search for specific navigation, create a new one, or search for users or groups to adjust their type/viewer/editor.
Type
Navigations are displayed based on viewer’s permissions.

Viewers / Editors
Search for users or groups designated as viewers/editors in the navigation list to display matching entries. You can select users or groups from the suggested users or groups, or directly from the full list.

Default Navigation
Admin has the option to create a navigation menu that applies to multiple users in the organization and set it as the default navigation.

Guest Navigation
Guest Navigation is the navigation displayed to users logged in with guest permissions or as part of the guest group, excluding users within the organization. Only one guest navigation can be created per organization.

Personal Navigation
Personal navigation is limited to one per user account and is only accessible to the account holder. Create your own customized Confluence to meet your needs!
