As many of you head into the summer break, we wanted to share a few exciting updates of the Flexible User License!
New: Jira Service Management License Management
First, thank you! So many of you asked for Jira Service Management license management, and we're really pleased to let you know it's now available. 
Now you can automatically reclaim unused JSM licenses just like Jira Software licenses.
Rather than creating a separate app, we've built JSM license management directly into Flexible User License for Jira (Cloud), so there's nothing extra to install and no additional cost. You can now create Rules based on JSM licenses and simply select your JSM Access Groups to automate access exactly the way you need.
Manage All Your Jira Sites in One Place
We've also introduced another feature many of you have been asking for: Multi-site management is here! You can now manage all of your Jira Cloud sites from a single Flexible User License instance, making it even easier to stay in control across your environment.
Platform Update: Hybrid Forge Migration
And one final update... We've successfully migrated to a hybrid Forge architecture. There are still a few backend API limitations that prevent a fully native Forge implementation, but we're working closely with Atlassian and will continue to keep you posted as those capabilities become available.
